City tours on foot are a popular way to experience Hamburg, because a smooth walk always fits into the programme and allows you to experience Hamburg up close and personal. For the most part, barrier-free tours are possible.

Just follow my easy stride. I will show you skillfully and well known highlights and at the same time offer you the opportunity to discover new favourite corners. You have the choice between varied city tours or in-depth theme tours.

Whether brick business in the warehouse distrikt, an expedition into the beautiful animal kingdom or upstairs, downstairs through Blankenese – my ingenious tours on foot offer something special to first-time visitors as well as the Hamburg experts among you.

Do you have questions about my tours on foot? Here you will find answers to five questions that I frequently encounter in my daily work:

Is there a minimum number of participants for the guided tours?

There is no minimum number of participants for my guided tours – but there is a maximum number of 20 guests.

If the group size exceeds 20 people, one or more colleagues from my partner network will be added to form two or more groups.

Do the guided tours also take place in shifty weather?

My guided tours and tours take place in almost any weather.
In case of light drizzle or rain, an umbrella or waterproof clothing is recommended.

If we are surprised by a shower during a guided tour or a tour, we quickly look for a shelter and wait for the shower or stop in a cosy café, as far as one nearby has opened its doors.
But if it should rain cats and dogs, I alternatively offer a city tour by bus, train and ship.

I am happy to comply with the wishes of my guests. Please make sure that you wear clothes and shoes that are appropriate for the weather.

Should you cancel your participation for other reasons, my terms and conditions apply.

Are the guided tours and tours barrier-free?

On all tours I will gladly take your individual restrictions into consideration. Ideally you should inform me about this in advance.

Wheelchair users should always be accompanied by another person to assist with kerbs, steps or small stairs.

In Hamburg barrier-free tours are possible.

Can I also give a guided tour or tour as a gift voucher?

You’re welcome. Just tell or write me which tour you would like to give away or what the value of the voucher should be. I will send you the corresponding voucher by post or as a PDF via e-mail to print out yourself.

Can I take my dog on a guided tour or tour?

From my side, it is possible to take a dog or dogs on my tours with closed groups.

Your dog should like to go for a walk in the city, the other guests and especially me, then there is nothing against taking him along.

Dogs are not allowed on the Elbphilharmonie-Plaza.
